Dr. Musielak is a triple board-certified physician specializing in natural, medically guided aesthetic care. With advanced training in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Obesity Medicine, Dr. Musielak brings a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the face, body, and aging process — allowing her to approach aesthetics with both clinical precision and artistic balance.

Known for her subtle, results-driven approach, she helps patients look refreshed, confident, and like themselves — never overdone. Her goal is to make ALEA Aesthetics a true one-stop destination for patients seeking comprehensive, physician-led care.     Upon graduating high school, Tina worked as an STNA before moving to Virginia as a military wife. She then graduated from ECI University (Summa Cum Laude), with her Associates Degree as a Medical Assistant. Brains and Beauty - Tina has a gamut of medical experience; from astroenterology, podiatry, internal medicine, and pediatrics. She is also certified in microneedling and advanced body sculpting treatments, allowing her to deliver comprehensive, results-driven aesthetic care. Tina strives to make our patients comfortable and create an inviting space while giving top notch care.

    (Aesthetician) - Known for her warm approach and attention to detail, Pam completed her aesthetic training in St. Louis, following her first career as an art educator. With over 10 years of experience, Pam is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin by customizing each client’s plan. As a seasoned, artistic esthetician, she confidently works with skin concerns like pigmentation, rosacea and maturing skin. She provides advanced skincare treatments designed to support healthy, radiant skin while maintaining natural-looking results. As an educator, she educates her clients on their skin issues and concerns to understand their skin care plan because knowledge and consistency is everything.

    Born and raised in St. Louis, Jennifer has built her career around helping people feel their best. After graduating from beauty school in 1991 and later earning a degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from UMSL, she returned to her roots (pun intended!) and combined her greatest passions—people, nail polish, and science. Jennifer believes everyone, at every age, has ten little jewels to decorate, and she’s dedicated to keeping those precious gems healthy and beautiful for a lifetime. As a former international educator for CND, she brings not only artistry but also a deep scientific understanding of nail health to her work. With Jennifer, your nails aren’t just polished—they’re cared for.
